We offer PayPal as well as Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Switch Maestro, Solo).

We will always aim to dispatch the same day any orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday. Any order received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day (this includes next day services). Any orders received on a weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Throughout the day we always aim to pack your orders as soon as we get them in, if it's an overnight order then we pack these first thing in the morning, so there isn’t a lot of room for amendments. However, we're always looking to help our customers, so get in contact and we'll see what we can do! But if you need to cancel your order and it hasn’t been completed yet, get in contact and we'll get that sorted for you.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We'll get straight on to fulfilling your order and as soon we're done you'll get another email confirming completion and dispatch.

If you've received an incorrect item or something's just not right, then send us an email with your order number and let us know what the issue is. If it’s possible, it would be really helpful if you could attach photos of the incorrect items or issue.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase our products, you will also need to have a valid debit/credit card or PayPal account.

We offer a few delivery options to UK residents. Please see Shipping & Delivery for all the details. Amongst our shipping options is a tracked and notification service using Parcel Force.

Unfortunately we don't currently offer local collection, but are in the process of finding a new local location where we can offer this.

Yes these are fulfilled via our Royal Mail shipping options. Please enter your BFPO code into the post code field when entering your delivery info.

We always aim to dispatch you products the same day, so if there's a delay from our end we'll always inform you. On the odd occasion there can be delays with our delivery partners. Nicotine salts are a different form of the nicotine used in traditional e-liquids. When freebase nicotine (which comes from the tobacco leaf) is added to "salt acids" these change its chemical composition. There are different forms of Nic Salt out there, and they all affect the nicotine in a different way. We've chosen Nicotine Benzoate as our nic salt formula. Trials have shown it delivers one of the smoothest and most satisfying vapes while having a minimal effect on taste.

Put simply, Nic Salts offer much higher nicotine strengths with a much smoother vape. If you are looking to bust those cigarette cravings without the harshness on the throat, our Nic Salts are for you.

We don't use ANY flavourings that contain Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl or Acetoin. These additives are prohibited under the Tobacco Products Directive (TPD).

This is normal. As e-liquid ages, it can get darker. This happens due to oxidation, this oxidation has very little effect on the way the liquid tastes or the amount of vapor it produces.

If your e-liquid has gone a very dark colour and starts to taste different, it could be that you need to replace your atomiser. Over time the wicks in the atomiser will start to burn, once it gets to a certain point it will start to affect the e-liquid.

All E-Liquids contain the following ingredients:
- Vegetable Glycerin - Glycerine helps e-liquid to produce more vapour and hold more flavour in your chosen vape product.
- Propylene Glycol- Propylene Glycol is a pharmaceutical grade ingredient that combines with nicotine and flavouring this gives you the ‘hit’ at the back of throat.
- Flavourings(No Diacetyl, Acetyl Propionyl or Acetoin!)
- Nicotine
